Threaded Together

Short film | UK | 10 mins

A portrait of British Asian textile heritage told through memory, labour and inherited craft.

Set between factory floors and family homes, the film traces the emotional thread between migration, making and identity. Archive material and present-day observation sit side by side, revealing how industry, culture and family histories are stitched into one another.

Commissioned by British Textile Biennial.
Royal Television Society nominated.
